AI Cloud Infra Ltd is a UK-incorporated company with Saudi and UK founders, developing data-centre and smart-energy opportunities in the United Kingdom and Saudi Arabia, connecting UK sites with Gulf capital and partners. We bring land, planning, power and partners together to create the conditions for successful digital infrastructure development.
Our strategy is development-led: find the right sites, solve the difficult questions early, preserve flexibility for operators, and position assets for partnership, construction or strategic exit.

AI Cloud Infra Ltd was founded by a team combining UK development, planning and energy experience with senior Saudi institutional, engineering and financial expertise.

Moez Rahman
Co-founder, Originator and CEO. The originator of the AI Cloud Infra vision and the driving force behind the company's establishment. 30+ years across enterprise technology, property development, planning and energy. Former client-side Project Director on a c. £1.4bn GDV, 2,000-home London regeneration scheme. Developed a proposed acquisition and recommissioning strategy for a UK power station, covering power-asset acquisition planning, grid and offtake assessment. MSc Applied Quantum Computing, University of Surrey (award pending).
